Horween Dublin
Dublin is tanned using Horween’s Cordovan vegetable tanning liquor formulas, which have been in use for over 100 years. During the tanning process, the leather includes a richer blend of oils and waxes compared to traditional vegetable-tanned leathers, resulting in leather that ages beautifully. Dublin leather is infused with a rich blend of natural waxes and then ironed during the finishing process, creating a smooth surface with a rich tonal appearance and “pull-up” that highlights the natural grain.
Virgilio Italian Vachetta
This stunning Italian leather is full-grain vegetable-tanned and crafted from the shoulders of the cowhide. Vachetta Box is tumbled, giving it a natural tumble pattern and a softer feel. Like any vegetable-tanned leather, it will develop a patina over time. Vachetta Box has timeless appeal. This leather is not only beautifully stunning but also soft to the touch, ensuring that your leather headcovers make an impression on the course for years to come.

Horween Leather Company (Chicago)
Horween Leather Company was founded in 1905. For more than 100 years and five generations, its focus has been on doing the little things right, never mistaking speed or cost for quality, selecting components based strictly on their quality, and using formulas that do not cut corners. Horween leather offers an unparalleled blend of quality, consistency, responsiveness, and innovation. Virgilio Conceria Artigiana (Italy)
Virgilio is a multi-generational, family-owned tannery in Tuscany, Italy. They employ “slow bath tanning” to transform selected European cowhides into exquisite, vegetable-tanned leather. Their leathers are aniline-finished, and each hide is distinctive. These stunning leathers will develop a natural patina over time, further enhancing their beauty and allure.

Conceria Walpier is a multi-generational, family-owned tannery located in Tuscany, Italy. As a member of the Consortium Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata al Vegetale (Consortium of Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather), they are dedicated to the time-intensive process of transforming select European hides into exquisite Italian leather that develops a natural patina over time.
