Every piece we create is a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship, quality, and timeless style. We strive to ensure every customer’s experience reflects the passion and care that goes into our products.
Custom Items
Custom pieces are uniquely crafted to match your preferences, and as such, the following policies apply:
Non-Returnable: Custom items designed through our proofing system are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return. We work closely with you during the proofing process to ensure every detail meets your expectations before production begins.
Defective Custom Items: In the rare instance a custom item has a defect, we are committed to making it right by replacing it with a flawless version of the same design.
Non-Custom Items
We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. For non-custom items, we offer a return process designed to be seamless and hassle-free:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and original and include any accompanying packaging or tags.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@bluetross.com to initiate your return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping and Exchanges
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges: For non-custom items, we’re happy to assist with exchanges. Please contact us at info@bluetross.com to arrange the exchange process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Gift Returns: If you’re returning an item received as a gift, we can issue store credit or facilitate an exchange.
Additional Information
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Returns: For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

At Bluetross, every piece is handcrafted to order, ensuring each item is uniquely made for you with the highest level of craftsmanship. Because of this dedication to quality, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, choosing the quickest option at a comparable cost.
Orders over $99 ship free.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
